Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts not due to our error cannot be accepted for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued through the original payment method, where applicable, or as store credit if preferred.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as opened accessories, used lenses, or products with physical damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
